Program Schedule
Please refer to the Program Schedule (in UTC-3) for the most updated information on the time of your presentation or panel. Click [My Schedule] to view the schedule of panels where you have a role. The Schedule follows the local time in Argentina (UTC-3).
Each panel was scheduled taking into account the individual time restrictions indicated in the submitted schedule information form, conflicts with other roles in the program and preferences indicated by the panelists as well as room availability. In all, five (5) levels of restrictions/conflicts were considered during the scheduling process.
We are aware that some scheduled time periods may not be optimal for all panelists. If the majority of panelists are unable to participate at the scheduled time, the panel convenor or chair may send a reschedule request to wc2023@ipsa.org by 15 June 2023. All members of the panel MUST be consulted before sending the request. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee it due to panel conflicts and a limited number of rooms available. We will unfortunately not able to accommodate everyone’s request.
Registered participants will also be able to access the electronic (PDF) version of the WC2023 Program on the Congress Program page as of 5 July 2023.
