About the World Congress

The IPSA World Congress of Political Science is the preeminent international gathering of political scientists working in academia, research and consulting who present their research over four days and 500+ panels. It is held every two (2) years.

The next IPSA World Congress of Political Science will be held 15-19 July 2023 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Over 2800 delegates from approximately 80 countries are expected to attend. The Congress will have a particularly strong Latin American representation.

The 2023 IPSA World Congress will be an onsite event with a limited number of virtual-only panels.
