In the field of international development cooperation, we have observed new emerging donors in addition to the traditional donors of OECD DAC members. These new emerging donors include countries like Kazakhstan, Romania, Thailand, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, Hungary, and so on. Among them, we choose South Africa and Brazil to understand the behaviors of these new emerging donors. Moreover, we attempt to find out the ways that South Korea, who used to be a recipient and became one of the traditional donors, can cooperate with these new emerging donors for the better ways of implementing development policies and projects. We will have panels from these three countries. In our panel, we will share the experience of these countries in regards to development policies and projects.
