Early Bird registration for the 2023 IPSA World Congress is now available.
All participants, including session chairs, panel chairs, discussants and paper givers, must register to attend the Congress. ALL Congress participants must be 2023 individual IPSA members to register for the World Congress. You can register online to become a member using your IPSA account.
Register by 19 April 2023 to benefit from the Early Bird discount! Please note that fees will increase on 20 April, and no exceptions will be made.
New Reduced Registration Rates Available
For the first time, the IPSA World Congress registration fee will be based on the country of residence of participants. By recognizing the financial disparity between countries, residents of Upper-Middle Income Economies and Low and Lower-Middle Income Economies now have access to reduced fees to attend the 2023 World Congress. All countries are categorized based on their Gross National Income. The country selected must be the member’s country of residence. Click here to see the detailed list of countries.
Registration Key Dates
- 8 March 2023: Early-bird Registration Starts
- 19 April 2023: Early-bird Registration Deadline
- 10 May 2023: Final Registration Deadline for all Panelists. Participants not registered will be withdrawn from the Congress Program after 10 May.
Refund Policy
Registrations cancelled before 19 April 2023 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee paid; cancellations received as of 20 April 2023 and no-shows will not be refunded. All cancellations must be sent in writing to the IPSA Secretariat at wc2023@ipsa.org.
Please note: Membership fees are non-refundable or transferable. New and renewed membership will remain valid even if registration to the World Congress is cancelled. If you cannot attend the World Congress, please send your cancellation notice as soon as possible, to allow your panel to find a replacement in time.
